The R3 Emergency Rental Assistance Program is now open for applications from tenants whose household incomes are at or below 80% area median income (AMI). 1,000 completed and submitted applications will be accepted weekly on a first-come, first-served basis, after which tenants may work on their applications until the next submission window opens on Monday morning at 8 am. Landlords may register at any time.

Important Notice: Applying for the ERAP is free and one-on-one application assistance for tenants is available in English and Spanish by contacting the ERAP Call Center at (866) 375-9114. Tenants should be wary of anyone requesting payment to complete an ERAP application.

Funding is still available and the application portal will reopen next Monday at 8 a.m. If you are still working on your application, you may complete it at any time so that you are prepared to submit your application when the portal reopens next Monday.
